This vintage old school traditional heavy bag is a versatile punching bag for all training. The thick old school leather construction gives excellent pop and feedback with each punch which is necessary to develop perfect punching technique.

* We use 2.0mm thick leather with 3mm thick lacing for durability. 

* Standing 42" in height and 16” in diameter.  

* We advise filling the traditional heavy bag with shredded textiles or rubber mulch.  Sold unfilled.  As always we also do custom orders and filling and can quote any accommodation.
